Joe’s BBQ Grill Strikes Again…

Well last night I got the notion to try something really off the wall and got out a turkey kielbasa and BBQ’ed it! Then I brought it inside and added it to a casserole dish! Here are the particulars I used! Boil a pack of macaroni noodles about 11 minutes and drain! Sauté some garlic in butter, add some mushrooms and some zucchini (I used yellow and green), a can of stewed tomatoes, a drained can of diced tomatoes and a can of tomato sauce! Add some black pepper, basil and parsley to taste (I like lots so you choose how much for you!) Add the kielbasa cut into bite size pieces! Put into a 13×9 baking dish and top with Italian bread crumbs and a good helping of shredded cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese…

Put in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, then serve with a nice salad and some fruit! I am calling this one Joe’s Kielbasa Mac Casserole!  Made a ton and turned out to have awesome flavor!
