Who takes the bite when a house doesn’t sell?

So your house didn’t sell.

I know you must be frustrated, especially in a market as active as ours. It’s too bad, because when a listing expires unsold, nobody wins. And, odds are, you took the biggest bite of all.

Why didn’t it sell?

Actually, there are a number of reasons why homes that are on the market end up not selling. Most likely there are only one or two reasons why yours didn’t sell, and the good news is, once you identify them, your home will sell. I use a special tool, called a Home Seller’s Merchandising Review Form. It’s a checklist that covers everything that causes a home to sell.

Should you decide to try again, you are now armed with the information that will fix the problem.
