Market Summary for NE Washington Real Estate Through July

People always ask what the market is like this year so I thought it would be fun to share some actual numbers for the month of July vs last year.

The charts below are from our local MLS service and include all sales and listings for our MLS for the month.  If this is something you would like to see from time to time let me know in the comment section and I will keep it going for you off and on in the future! This is useful to see what price ranges are moving and what isn’t.  It can also help you to know roughly how long something can take to sell based on that price.  Some useful facts on our local sales, pending sales and listings in North Eastern Washington…  CDOM is current days on the market…

Hope this gives you an idea of where we are in this area… While things seem to be down it is actually not as bad as it seems due to the economy and less flooding of the market with listings due to lost jobs, etc… things are looking up!

Until next time have a wonderful week, Joe
